Metropolitan Youth Ballet of Indiana

Ballet Theatre of Carmel Academy is now Metropolitan Youth Ballet of Indiana! This is a change in name only — our studio, tremendous faculty, and outstanding instruction will all remain the same.

Metropolitan Youth Ballet of Indiana is a pre-professional ballet academy dedicated to developing young dancers to their fullest potential in a supportive studio environment. Our highly qualified professional faculty offers training to dancers of all levels, ages 3-18, in ballet technique, pre-pointe/pointe, pas de deux, variations, character, contemporary, and jazz. Additional programming includes Boys Ballet, Day Program, Soloist Initiative, Summer Camps and Summer Intensives. 

MYB gives young dancing artists the training necessary to succeed at the collegiate and professional levels should they so choose. All dancers, regardless of their long-term goals, are challenged to achieve their personal best and, above all, to have fun as they follow their passion!

Metropolitan Youth Ballet is also committed to enriching the cultural life of Central Indiana by producing quality performances and events for the community. In addition to its annual Nutcracker and full-length spring ballet, MYB offers outreach events to libraries, schools, and senior centers, and performs at several annual community festivals.
