Full Snow Moon Night Hike - At Cope Environmental Center

Join CEC naturalist, Moon Shadow, on a hike through the woods after dark. Learn about nocturnal animals, listen for owl calls, and check out the night sky! Masks are required for participants. Virtual African-American Festival - Feb 27 at 10am Pacific from Aquarium of the Pacific

On Saturday, February 27, the Aquarium of the Pacific will host its nineteenth annual African-American Festival as a virtual online festival, streaming live from the Aquarium of the Pacific. Frosty Paws- McCloud Nature Park

Are you and your four-legged friend tired of the same old walk? Take a winter walk at McCloud Nature Park with one of our naturalists! We will be blazing a path for our frosty paws together. During the hike, we will find out what your K-9’s ancestor, the coyote, is doing during the winter months. Please dress for the weather. Participating dogs must be friendly with other dogs. All dogs at McCloud are required to be on a leash.  Hiking terrain info: easy to moderate level of difficulty, gravel and natural surfaces, up to 1 mile.   Appropriate for all ages. Children younger than 16 years of age must attend with a parent or guardian who is able to hike the trails.
