The property is owned by the R.T. Moore family. For 32 years, R.T. raised Arabian show horses and racing Quarter Horses. R.T. was inducted into the Indiana Quarter Horse Racing Association Hall of Fame in 2015. His son, Tom Moore, is a professional trainer and exhibitor. Tom was named Arabian Horse Association's Horseman of the Year in 1995 and is a consultant to Cedar Ridge Arabians in Minnesota. The property is currently managed by Landi Moore
