Northside Baptist Church - Indianapolis

We, as a local congregation of baptized believers in Christ, under the guidance of the Scriptures and leading of the Holy Spirit, take responsibility for our doctrine and lives together. In our efforts to be faithful to God under the Lordship of Christ, we have hereby adopted the following statement of faith. These are foundational truths for our church—representing a statement of religious conviction drawn from the Scriptures yet not intended to hamper freedom of thought or investigation in other realms of life, as well as an agreement for ministerial operations. We emphasize the soul’s competency before God, freedom of religion and the priesthood of the believer, as well as affirming together both our liberty in Christ and our accountability to each other under the Word of God. Therefore, Northside Baptist Church affirms the following as our statement of faith and instrument of doctrinal accountability.
