We offer Kids only! Hybrid At-Home/ In-Gym Group Fitness Programs for children ages 7-12. Our unique programs promote the foundational movement skills and healthy habits needed for your child to improve their overall fitness and build a love of exercise. If your child has athletic aspirations, they will develop the fitness needed for success in sport-specific play while reducing their risk of injuries associated with early sport specialization.
Your child will build the confidence needed to take ownership of their fitness journey with fun, self-guided home exercise programs that they can do with minimal assistance and no special equipment. They will also develop social and teamwork skills during monthly in-person group, game-based sessions where kids come together in the gym and use the superpowers they’ve been developing at home. Each month will focus on a different activity for your child to master like crawling, squatting, jumping, speed, balance, coordination and more! The skills build on each other for endless variety and fun. Children who complete all programming and attend the in-person session will earn a Certificate of Completion for each skill.
