Girls Rock! Indianapolis is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit that hosts a summer camp for female-identified and trans youth ages 9-16 years old, teaching young women positive self-esteem and self-expression through music education and mentoring.We believe in the transformative and revolutionary power of using creative expression as a means of social change. By providing a supportive environment that offers music instruction as well as a variety of workshops, youth develop their leadership skills, cultivate a network of peers and mentors, and learn about social issues affecting our community.
Girls Rock! Indianapolis empowers youth and women, creating gender equity through mentoring and music education. We host an annual summer camp for youth ages 9-16, as well as other programs throughout the year, focused on self-esteem and self-expression through music.
