Federal Hill Commons, a 6.5-acre urban park, sits on the northwest corner of the intersection of State Road 19 and State Road 32 that includes a beautiful amphitheater, market plaza and event space.
The new park will be a gathering space for events and music performances and serve as an economic development catalyst extending Downtown Noblesville across the White River. The city’s fifth park was added to the Noblesville Parks Master Plan in August 2013. The city broke ground on Sept. 10, 2015 and held its grand opening on May 13, 2017.
