Age group swimming builds a strong foundation for a lifetime of good physical and mental health by teaching time management, self-discipline and healthy fitness habits. Carmel Swim Club teaches the ideals of honesty, integrity, fair play and sportsmanship in addition to the techniques and values of hard work and dedication. The Carmel Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Carmel Swim Club to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.
