As one of the premier properties of the Crossroads of America Council BSA, Camp Belzer is located near Ft. Harrison State Park in Lawrence Indiana and is known as the Worlds Greatest Cub Camp. Camp Belzer operates program and rentals year round.
During the summer, Belzer serves as the flagship Day Camp of the Crossroads of America Council BSA, with over 2,000 youth attending each summer. Throughout the year, this beautiful camp within the city is used for weddings, corporate gatherings, and of course by Scout units and others for camping, hiking, swimming, and more.
Facilities include three swimming pools and multiple program shelters. There are two year-round cabins which can accommodate up to 24 people each. Camping is available for any sized group. Located near the parking area is the 10,000 square foot Activity Center. This building can accommodate groups up to 300 in two large conference rooms with a full commercial kitchen and multiple breakout rooms. All meeting rooms have integrated AV equipment available. Camp Belzer features plenty of parking and is fully wheelchair accessible.
