VIRTUAL EVENT: ($) Connected Art Workshop: Japanese Fan Making (ONLINE) - May 27 at 10am Eastern from McColl Center for Art + Innovation

Beat the blues with a Japanese fan! Your pre-K through 2nd grader will learn about traditional Japanese fans and be taught how to make their own nature-themed fan. Local artist and teacher Rebecca Lipps will guide the group. Tickets are $20 for members and $25 for non-members, per participant. Kids in pre-K through second grade are welcome to join from any location. Registration ends Wednesday, May 27 at 9:00 a.m.

IndyPL Announces Plan for Curbside Service at Select Locations

Beginning Monday, May 18, several Indianapolis Public Library branches as well as Central Library will provide limited service in the form of curbside delivery of books and other materials to patrons. While all Library buildings remain closed to the public due to the COVID-19 emergency, curbside delivery will represent the first phase of resuming in-person service after Marion County’s stay-at-home order was lifted.

VIRTUAL EVENT: ($) Summer Clubs For Kids presents: Online Art Exploration Club- 9am MDT for age 4-12 June 1-5, 2020

Sprinkle some fun and creativity into your child's summer while keeping them engaged in learning. Art helps brain development, and creativity is a stress reliever. Your child will explore different mediums while having fun creating unique art pieces in the Art Exploration Club. We will meet daily ONLINE with Zoom in our Artist Creation Lab for 30-45 minutes. There is also a daily project for each artist to complete. Register by May 28. Your child will also have access to a private monitored group where they can share their creations with other children in the club. The Art Exploration Club is for kids ages 4-12 years.

VIRTUAL EVENT: Puppy Live Stream - Weekdays at 8am-10am and 11am-1pm Central from Snowy Pines White Labs

Enjoy access a live stream of some of the cutest puppies. Currently, we have three females and five males. The stream is live twice a day, for two hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon. We also keep the videos up afterward if anyone wants to go back and watch the puppies.
