Zionsville Puzzle Swap - At Zionsville Town Hall- With Zionsville Parks and Recreation
Calling all puzzle lovers, Zionsville Puzzle Swap is now a part of Winterfest! This fun event returns for it's third year with some new surprises. In celebration of National Puzzle Day you are invited to bring gently used puzzles to Zionsville Town Hall between January 2 and 23. Then return to Town Hall on Saturday, January 25 to choose a new one.
Last year over 1,000 puzzles were swapped in 2 hours!
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
Puzzle Swap Rules (please read closely):
- Puzzles can be any size but must be in their original box or tin, we will not accept puzzles in plastic bags.
- All pieces must be accounted for, no puzzles with missing pieces will be accepted.
- Puzzles must be in good condition and no older than 15 years.
- No puzzles accepted outside of normal Town Hall business hours or after January 23. Town Hall is open 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Town Hall will be closed January 1 and 20 for holidays.
- No puzzles accepted day of the swap.
- No puzzles with profanity, nudity or drug or alcohol paraphernalia will be accepted.
- No wooden baby or toddler puzzles will be accepted.
You will receive 1 ticket for every puzzle you bring. Max of 10 puzzles per person. You MUST have your tickets to gain entry into the swap.
Zionsville Parks and Recreation reserves the right to keep, donate or destroy any puzzles that do not follow guidelines listed above or are not swapped by the end of the program on January 25.
Early Bird Tickets!
New this year! Want a chance to have first look at the puzzles and shop in a relaxed atmosphere? We will have a limited number of Early Bird Access Tickets available for the swap. Early Birds get a chance to shop first from 8:30 - 9:00 am when the event opens to the rest of ticket holders. Coffee and donuts will be provided to our early shoppers. Don't forget you still need your puzzle tickets to shop. Early Bird Tickets go on sale January 2.
