Mother’s Day Weekend

Celebrate the mom in your life with all of ours! Join us as we put the spotlight on all mothers – both human and animal – during a weekend full of family fun.

The recognition begins right as you enter the Zoo with a special “Proud Mom” sticker. Then, the whole family can participate in the Zoo-wide scavenger hunt. Follow the clues on your schedule card to discover several Zoo mothers and interesting animal facts along the way. For example, did you know that the whole group, or pod, of dolphins helps to raise young dolphin calves? Once you finish the exciting hunt, stop in at the White River Gardens Gift Shop to receive a special prize!
