Land of Snow--Girl scout event

Grades: K, 1, 2, 3 (Daisy and Brownie) join the Ballet Theatre of Carmel Academy in the magical snow scene from “The Nutcracker.”

Girl scouts will learn basic ballet steps and put them together to dance as a “Snow Flurry.” Create your own snowflakes and learn the science behind how snowflakes are made. Have a cool treat. Listen to the story of “The Nutcracker,” and enjoy photo opportunities with the Snow Queen and Clara in “The Land of Snow." Price includes a fun patch and a voucher for girl scouts to attend Tchaikovsky’s "The Nutcracker” performed by Ballet Theatre of Carmel Academy pre-professional dancers and discounted tickets for their families on Dec. 14 evening or Dec. 15 matinee at Carmel High School Auditorium.
