Brilliance of Brahms

With his fourth and final symphony, Brahms turns to the classics for inspiration, weaving in the sounds of Bach and Beethoven. Music Director Krzysztof Urbański and special guests will conclude the 2018-2019 Lilly Classical Series and the Brahms cycle of symphonies by taking the audience on one final musical journey. Bruckner's powerful "Te Deum" with choir and orchestra shows off a piece that the composer referred to as "the pride of his life."
