Fundamental Camps – Players will learn/improve their basic skills while having fun along the way. Camp will consist of individual instruction, small group skill stations, some game play/contests, and CAMP CHAMP AWARDS. Offensive Skills Camp – Players will take their fundamentals to the next level by learning how to use them to become a more potent offensive player. Showing them how to use one move to set up the next one with some game play. Next Level Workouts – Students will be exposed to not only more advanced basketball skills, but an introduction to plyometrics training to help with balance, quickness, and explosive movements, along with interactive shooting drills. This camp is not for anyone that is not willing to really work. Advance Shooting Workouts – Students will get 200+ shots up in a variety of ways along with improving their ball handling, passing and movements with and without the ball. This will be a faster paced workout that will emphasize game speed. Noah Shooting Camp – Each player will spend time on our computerized shooting system, working on correcting their shooting mechanics and learning how to develop a much more consistent shot every time out! Some game play will occur. Playmakers Games – This camp will be run like some of the better HS practices.. Camp will include lots of 2 on 2 & 3 on 3 games and will help players become more aware of mismatches and transition opportunities, as well as the all-important defensive transition stops
