Yoga in the Park Summer Series - With Town of Avon - Indiana

Avon Town Hall Park and Balance & Breath Yoga are teaming up to bring you outdoor yoga classes! Join instructors from Balance & Breath Yoga at the beautiful Avon Town Hall Park Memorial Day - September!

Don’t let stress & anxiety control you. Instead, come enjoy the outdoors, make some new friends, move and stretch your body, all while improving your health and wellbeing!
• Please bring a yoga mat or heavy towel and drinking water. It is best to wear comfortable
clothing that you can easily move around in and dress for the weather! If we have a weather
related issue the day of class we will cancel the event no later than 1 hour prior to the event and
those registered will be contacted.
•Yoga Class Location:
We will be having class in the grassy area on top of the hill east of the shelter located on the
east side of the Avon Town Hall building. (This is where you would find the ladder ball and
cornhole games) You will see a gravel trail you can follow up to our location and you will find
parking located near this gravel trail, at the shelter.
