Junior Yogis (Ages 3-6) - With Zionsville Nature Center

Children ages 3-6 will enjoy imaginative activities to introduce yoga, mindfulness, relaxation and breathing. Caregivers are encouraged to participate as well. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or beach towel. Participants will be asked to remove their shoes. Each session will follow a similar format, with new skills introduced each week.
