Animation Camp
June 10-14, 2024
Campers will explore the basic principles of animation through hands-on experiences using a variety of media -- including pencil, paper, and stop-motion materials. Campers also will practice animating in 2D on Cintiqs and by using industry-standard software like Toon Boom Harmony. At the end of each week, each camper will have produced a short, animated film suitable to screen for family and friends. Cost $350.00 (full payment), $50.00 (down payment); $300 balance due by May 31, 2024. Ages 14-18 are welcome. Space is limited and our camps fill quickly. Game Design Camp
June 10-14, 2024
After spending the first day playing and deconstructing popular games to understand what makes games fun and engaging, campers will then learn to design and develop video games using a variety of tools and software. The remainder of the week will be spent designing and building 2D playformers, using Bloxels, and working in teams to develop top-down games in Unity that can be taken home for family and friends. Cost: $350.00 (full payment), $50.00 (down payment), $300.00 balance due by May 31, 2024. Ages 14-18 are welcome. Space is limited and our camps fill quickly. Film Production Camp
June 24-28, 2024
Campers will learn about the various jobs on a film set and will actively participate in creating a short film. Campers will learn about pre-production (planning), production (shooting), and post-production (editing, VFX, and finishing). Campers will use industry-standard equipment, facilities (such as our brand-new Sound Stage and LED Wall), and software. Cost: $350.00 (full payment), $50.00 (down payment), $300.00 balance due by May 31, 2024. Ages 14-18 are welcome. Space is limited and our camps fill quickly. Music Recording Camp
June 24-28, 2024
This is a week-long sound and music recording camp that introduces high school aged students to the amazing workd of music recording. This camps takes place in Webster University's world-class recording studio and will provide students with the following activieis: Recording studio tour, recording a live band, basic information on digital audio workstations and multitrack mixing. Cost: $350.00 (full payment), $50.00 (down payment), $300.00 balance due by May 31.2024. Ages 14-18 are welcome. Space is limited and our camps fill quickly.
