Homeschool Ecology: Survival Shelters and Fire-Starting, ages 12-18, and younger siblings McCloud Nature Park

Upon completing registration through the link below, you will receive an email confirming your registration. If you need assistance completing your registration, please call the McCloud Nature Center at (765) 676-5437. People can only survive 3 hours in harsh weather without shelter or fire. Hopefully you won’t find yourself in a survival situation, but if you do, you’ll be well prepared to survive in comfort after practicing shelter building and fire-starting techniques. Finish the afternoon off with s’mores! For younger siblings (ages 6-11) of students registered in the Homeschool Ecology Series, there will be a separate lesson on a similar topic offered concurrently. $10/person for ages 12 through adult. $5/person for ages 6-11.
