Join Ellen Sikora Brown for a fun Halloween-themed Kids Yoga class!

Kids are encouraged to wear costumes that are comfortable and allow for movement. We will have a costume contest, give away fun prizes and of course, have treats!
About Kids Yoga:
Yoga for Kids (ages 4-8) can help build confidence, body awareness, and focus on the breath as a tool for centering. Throughout the class, Ellen will incorporate yoga poses, team building, stories, and meditation for a fun, dynamic, kid-friendly yoga experience.
