Cool Creek Campfires - At Cool Creek Nature Center - With Hamilton County Parks and Recreation

Join us around the Cool Creek Campfire Ring for songs, presentations, and marshmallows,. Cindy Baney, music educator with Moriah music will start the evening off with music. Special speakers will then entertain guests each week with topics about snakes, birds, turtles, and more. Hang out with your family and friends during these special Wednesday evenings! Don't forget to bring your lawnchairs or blankets!

Saturday, April 23, 10:30am: Trash Your Trash Earth Day Program
Learn about Leave No Trace and how to enjoy our parks without "loving them to death". Play games and talk about how we can protect the environment while outside. Stick around for a reading of The Lorax by Dr. Seuss around the campfire!
Saturday, April 23, 11:00am: Wildflower Hike
Let’s look around Cool Creek Park for our spring blooming wildflowers! We will be sharing fun facts and identification tips will be given about these fleeting flowers!
