A Brush With Nature: Watercolor Workshop & Beginning Oil Pastels

This is a combined 2-hour workshop. Project One: Learn multiple watercolor techniques and finish a beautiful watercolor landscape. Project Two: Design and create a Giant Oil Pastel project using pastels, glue, and mixed media! Complete two beautiful works of art in this camp inspired by nature!

Class Experience

Class Requirements
- Students must be able to work independently and behave appropriately in a specialized studio art classroom. Please contact us prior to registration with questions.
- Students should open to learning new art techniques.
Sample Class Format
Daily:
- 55 minutes on project one.
- 10 minute break.
- 55 minutes on project two.
The staff consists of artists who have either finished Fine Arts degrees or they are undergraduates in a University Art Programs.
What To Bring
- Students bring: water bottle and snack for daily 10-minute break in-between projects.
- All art supplies will be provided.
