October 17, Saturday 9AM-12PM
In this exciting hands-on 3-hour robotics camp, kids will build not just one, but two amazing motor-powered projects! First, they will design and control a Robotic Car with both single-controller and dual-controller systems, learning how different control methods affect movement. Then, they will build a Two DC Motor Air-Propelled Vehicle, exploring how thrust and propulsion can move a lightweight robot forward. It’s a fast-paced, fun, and highly interactive session where kids build, test, and experiment with real robotics systems.
What Kids Will Learn
How motor control systems work (single vs dual control)
Basics of DC motors and how they generate motion
Principles of robotic movement and steering
Air propulsion and thrust-based movement
Hands-on building, wiring, and testing skills
Problem-solving through design adjustments and improvements
Take Home Kids will take home both fully built projects:
Robotic Car (Single & Dual Controller System)
Air-Propelled Dual Motor Vehicle
